Casa KOPAL Tulum hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt im Zentrum von allem! Nur 8 Minuten zu Fuss vom ADO-Busbahnhof entfernt und in der Nähe der archäologischen Stätte von Tulum, was es uns sehr erleichtert hat, uns fortzubewegen und die Gegend zu erkunden. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Man merkt die neue Management, da sie immer für uns da waren, wann immer wir etwas brauchten. Sie haben uns sehr willkommen geheissen. Die Zimmer waren makellos, geräumig und sehr komfortabel. Einige bieten einen Blick auf die Stadt, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Ausserdem war der Aussenpool ein grosser Pluspunkt, perfekt, um sich nach einem Erkundungstag abzukühlen. Es gibt viele Bars und Restaurants nur wenige Schritte entfernt, was ideal war, um abends auszugehen, ohne sich Gedanken über den Transport machen zu müssen. Alles war in der Nähe und die Gegend fühlte sich sicher an, selbst für nächtliche Spaziergänge. Wir haben das Essen im Hotel probiert und waren begeistert. Grosszügige Portionen mit einem hausgemachten Touch, den man immer schätzt. Wenn du Komfort, guten Service und eine strategische Lage suchst, um Tulum zu geniessen, dann ist dies der richtige Ort!
La ubicación es muy céntrica y accesible a la zona de bares y restaurantes. Está Al a 5 cuadras del ADO. Al parecer hay una nueva administración, por lo cuál notamos que son realmente atentos, serviciales y alegres. Nos gusto el ambiente de seguridad y confianza de las instalaciones. Nos sentimos como en casa.
